Tom and Cherry (an Aged Gin Cocktail)

This seductive and cozy aged gin cocktail is perfect for sipping on a chilly evening. It features a simple but unique combination of Tom Cat gin, cherry liqueur, and ginger beer.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Barr Hill Tom Cat
  • 0.5 oz Luxardo
  • Dash of ginger beer
  • Luxardo cherry
  • Sprig of thyme for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail stirring glass, combine the Tom Cat and Luxardo with ice. Stir well.
  2. Fill a small serving glass with ice.
  3. Strain the cocktail into the serving glass, then top it off with a dash of ginger beer.
  4. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and a sprig of thyme.
