Tom and Cherry

This seductive, cozy cocktail unites aged gin with an unexpected but luscious companion: cherry liqueur. It's the perfect sip on a chilly fall or winter evening.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Barr Hill Tom Cat
  • 0.5 oz Luxardo
  • Dash of ginger beer
  • Luxardo cherry
  • Sprig of thyme for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail stirring glass, combine the Tom Cat and Luxardo with ice. Stir well and chill for one minute.
  2. Fill a small serving glass with ice.
  3. Strain the cocktail into the serving glass, then top it off with a dash of ginger beer.
  4. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and a sprig of thyme.
