Coconut Ginger Lemonade Fizz
This simple summer cocktail unites tropical coconut with nostalgic lemonade and fizzy ginger beer. It comes together in minutes and is the perfect sip for a picnic, a day at the beach, or a summer evening on the deck.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Kōloa Kaua’i Coconut Rum
- 3 oz low-sugar lemonade
- 2-3 oz low-sugar ginger beer
- Thin lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the coconut rum and lemonade, then shake well with ice.
- Fill a tall, narrow glass with ice, weaving thinly-sliced lemon wheels throughout the ice.
- Fill with ginger beer to the top of the glass.
